Thank you. The mediafire link does not seem to be the 105 version of the book. It seems to be the 104 version.
Now, the download from other sources seem to be tough. The rapidgator site shows me a captcha that is not at all clear. I don't know what is written in the image and it asks me to fill the text although it is absolutely not clear.
the first site is too slow. like 5 kbps download rate for free download.
If you can please upload the file (the 105 version of the book) to more sites that will be wonderful.
